The villas are situated in the outskirts of Rousospiti village, just 6 km from Rethymno town. Each villa has its own 25 m2 swimming pool set in a nice garden. There is also a built in stone barbecue and a play area for children in the garden.
Each villa is divided in 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a living-dining room with a fire place, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and a bedroom with 2 single beds and a shower/WC.
An internal staircase leads up on the upper floor with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, sharing a spacious bath/WC. Both bedrooms lead to a balcony with beautiful views. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. To the equipment of each villa belong also a washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, stereo, DVD, safe and home cinema.
A car is considered to be essential for exploring the island and the whole area.
