Ground floor:

It comprises a spacious sitting room with a fireplace and a stone traditional arch on the ceiling which separates the living room from the diving room and the kitchen.

The sitting room incorporates, among others, two traditional sofas, which can become single beds, and a satellite TV. The dinning room can accommodate up to 10 persons.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities including an electric cooker with 4 cooking places and an oven, an extractor, a refrigerator, a dish washer, a coffee machine, etc. In the basement, there is also a bedroom with a double bed with large wardrobes and a bathroom with a shower.

First floor: 

The first floor comprises two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single iron traditional beds) and spacious wardrobes, which can facilitate the stay for long periods of the year, a complete bathroom with a bath tub, a cloth washing machine and a veranda with a magnificent view towards the surrounding mountains and the Cretan north sea. 

All ceilings are of traditional wooden beams. The villa has a central heating commodity at an extra charge. There are also available a cot and a food chair (the best Peg-Perego) for a baby or an infant. No pets allowed. 

        In the garden, jasmines, honeysuckles, rosemary’s and other local Cretan flowers and herbs create an idyllic scenery for relaxation all year round. Around the outdoor swimming pool of dimension 7,50X3,50 m2, there are deck chairs, while there is an outdoor shower and parking place for two (2) cars.

The villa is located 7 km from the historical town of Rethymno in the north coast of the island of Crete, at an altitude of 200 m above sea level. The sea is located within a distance of 3 km and the nearest nice beach is 5 km away.

        The location combines uniquely the tranquillity of Cretan countryside with the charm and the great historical interest as well as the intense night life of the town of Rethymno. Ιs looking towards the west offering a superb view of the White Mountains skyline and the gulf of Souda with breathtaking sunsets. . In the village of Prines there are some shops and several coffee-shops and a tavern and at the nearest villages of Atsipolpoulo (1.5 km) and Gonia (3 km) you can enjoy the most delicious Cretan food in some famous taverns

Service: The cleaning of the villa and the change of linen is performed twice a week and is included in the rental.
